REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Mindful Escapes! Thank you for choosing us. Please take the time to read the Refund Policy carefully before booking.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation by Guest:

  • You have an option of cancelling your attendance at an upcoming workshop/class/event as per the below guidelines:

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the experience date will receive a full refund

  • Cancellations made 2-4 days prior to the event date will not receive a refund. However, there is an option to reschedule the booking once within the next 3 months.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • No shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Transfer booking: In case you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your booking to another person.

Event Postponement or Cancellation: 

In case an event is postponed or cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refund timeline:

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
